Vitiano is the Rosso Umbria from Falesco, the family-owned estate of oenologist Riccardo Cotarella, responsible for some of the best wines produced in Italy. Vitiano is dark ruby in colour, dry with moderate acidity and a flavour of black cherrries and strawberries. Aged 4 months in new French oak, it is beautifully balanced with a long, rich and soft finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon was introduced to Trentino at the end of the last century and showed great promise. The fruit for this wine comes exclusively from Mezzacorona's vineyards in the Arco area north of Lake Garda, an area particularly suited to the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense, complex flavour with spicy notes, hints of eucalyptus and sweet fruit and a fragant scent of oak. Well balanced and full bodied.

By January the grapes are reduced in weight by 35-40% and have a naturally enhanced flavour and a higher concentration of sugar. Amarone is a majestic wine which combines dignity with power and grace.

The original Super-Tuscan. It was the first Sangiovese to be aged in small oak barrels and the first red wine to use a non traditional grape variety, Cabernet. Tignanello is aged in small French barrels for 14 months and in the bottle for a year. The wine has plum/cassis nose, smokey and full bodied, rich and complex, with exceptional structure and a lengthy finish.
