Thyme roasted butternut squash soup with crispy pancetta and crostino bread

Bruschetta with garlic and basil marinated tomato and melted taleggio cheese (V)

Salmon and cod fishcake with stewed spicy lentil and home made tartare sauce

Grilled chicken salad with croutons and mixed leaves “Caesar style”

MAIN COURSES:

Hand made butternut squash tortelli pasta with a delicate butter and sage sauce (V)

Tagliatelle pasta with slow cooked veal ragout and parmesan cheese

Rosemary pan fried fish fillet (of the day) with fennel gratin

Pan fried chicken breast served with mushroom sauce and potato puree

DESSERTS:

“Tiramisu”, traditional tiramisu with zabaione cream

“Panna cotta”, vanilla panna cotta with berries sauce
